Team Registration & Squads

3.1 Registration Process

1. All teams must register through the official Mayor's Cup registration system before the published deadline.
2. A non-refundable registration fee of UGX 100,000 per team per sport is payable upon registration.
3. Registration is confirmed only upon payment of the full fee and submission of all required documents.
4. Late registrations may be accepted at the discretion of the OC, subject to a late fee of UGX 50,000.

1. Player Eligibility Declaration (Annex A) for each player — signed by the player and the team manager
2. Team Kit Declaration (Annex B) — specifying primary and secondary jersey colours
3. Parent/Guardian Consent Letter (Annex C) for each player under 18 years of age
4. LC1 Letter confirming each player's residence within Mukono Municipality
5. National ID (or school ID for players under 18) — original for verification, copy for records
6. Team Acceptance of Rules (Annex E) — signed by team manager and captain
7. Two passport-size photographs per player (digital format accepted)

3.4 Jersey Requirements

• Each team must register two sets of jerseys in distinct, contrasting colours.
• All jerseys must be numbered on the back (minimum height: 20 cm for football/volleyball, 15 cm for netball/kho kho).
• Numbers must correspond to those listed on the team sheet.
• The home team listed first on the fixture has priority in colour selection. In case of a clash, the away team changes.
• Netball: Position bibs (GK, GD, WD, C, WA, GA, GS) are mandatory and must be worn over the jersey at all times.
• Goalkeepers (football) must wear colours distinct from both teams, the referee and assistant referees.

3.5 Team Sheet Deadlines

The team sheet listing the starting lineup and substitutes must be submitted to the match commissioner no later than 40 minutes before kick-off/tip-off/first serve/first turn. Late submission incurs a warning for the first offence and a UGX 20,000 fine for subsequent offences.
