Clear face, plain background. JPG, PNG, WEBP or GIF. Big photos are compressed automatically to 20-300 KB.

I consent to the Mukono Municipal Council and the Mayor's Cup organisers collecting and using my personal data (including my photo, NIN and, for players under 18, the guardian and LC1 documents) to register me and run the championship, in line with the Uganda Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019. If I am under 18, my parent/guardian has agreed to this.
